Are you licensed, bonded and insured?

We strive to offer the highest level of security and peace of mind for our customers.

How do you access my home?

This is entirely up to you. You may choose to give us a key to be securely stored. Only the owner has access to the keys.
The keys are given to our cleaning team with their assignments and vehicle in the morning. All items are returned to the office at the end of the day.
If you would prefer to meet our cleaning team for access to your home, we offer morning (9am – 12noon) and afternoon (1pm – 4pm) service windows.

Do I provide cleaning supplies or equipment?

No. Daisy Maid brings everything needed to get your home Daisy Maid clean. However, if there are specific products or equipment you prefer, simply let us know and leave
the items out to be used by your cleaning team.

Is Daisy Maid affordable?

YES – For Everyone!!!
Many other companies cut cost at the expense of quality, convenience and safety. Daisy Maid feels that you shouldn’t have to compromise!
You can have a premiere cleaning service and all it’s benefits at very affordable rates.

How do I pay?

We accept checks, cash and most major credit and debit cards. Payment is not processed until the service is completed.

Rescheduled cleanings?

To reschedule your cleaning time simply call or email our office a minimum of 24 hours prior to your scheduled cleaning.

What if something is damaged during my cleaning?

Our Daisy Maid team will treat your home with respect and care. Should one of our team members be responsible for damage or breakage while cleaning, Daisy Maid will make every effort to repair or replace the item.

How do I know my Daisy Maid team is trustworthy?

We take tremendous pride in our team members. We appreciate and reward hard work and loyalty. We offer above-average pay, bonus programs and detailed training and supervision.
All of our staff are screened diligently before hiring using background checks and references. Our insurance policies add yet another layer of security and protection.

Who will clean my home or office?

Our standard Daisy Maid team is 2 people. At times 3 members may be necessary for larger jobs.
The team will not eat, drink, smoke or use any of the appliances in your home.
They are trained to work steadily until the job is completed to our standards.

What should I do about my security or alarm system on cleaning day?

We ask that you make whatever arrangements suit your needs best. You may want to consider establishing a guest or temporary code for your Daisy Maid team.

What if I am unhappy with the service I receive?

CALL!! Talk to the person doing the cleaning or call the office. Don’t let it go for any length of time. Call the first time you feel the service is not as it should be.  We welcome your comments and do all we can to ensure that you are happy. The only way we know that you are not a happy customer is if we hear from you.
